Josh Munnell is a SAG-AFTRA live and studio vocalist, arranger and producer in the Los Angeles area. Josh grew up singing in school choirs and in the church which led him to LA in 2010 to study music at Azusa Pacific University. Josh graduated with a Bachelor’s of Music degree in Commercial Music while honing his skills as a section leader and soloist touring throughout the United States and competing internationally.
Since moving to LA, Josh has worked with a variety of artists including Lukas Graham, Matoma, Josie Dunn, Sangeeta Kaur, Hila Plitmann, James Moskow, James Allen and Faith Shaw and others.
His commercial credits include a national commercial for GEICO featuring a barbershop quartet as well as some industrial commercial work for companies including LinkedIn and Western Union. For television, you can see Josh on ABC’s The Kids Are Alright, ID’s Betrayed and Comedy Central’s Mini-Mock Series.
Off-camera, Josh can be heard on the trailer for season 2 of the Netflix’s American Vandal as well as for the video game Sims 4: Get Famous.
Josh is a professional chorister and soloist and currently sings in the Los Robles Master Chorale under the direction of Lesley Leighton. He has performed with LRMC and other professional choirs at prestigious venues including Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dorothy Candler Pavilion, the Hollywood Bowl, Ace Theater and most recently the Libbey Bowl for the 2019 Ojai Music Festival.
During the holiday season, Josh is involved with The Other Reindeer and the Charles Dickens Carolers with whom he sings for a variety of holiday events. When he is not performing or recording, Josh is a private vocal coach at his own studio.
